  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 red bell pepper diced
  • 1/4 yellow bell pepper diced
  • 1 carrot peeled and shredded
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
  • 1 tablespoon dried dill
  • In a medium bowl, use your electric stand mixer or hand mixer to whip the cream cheese.
  • Once whipped, add in your veggies and seasonings. Beat again to combine.
  • Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
