A soft bagel is always a great start to your day! This cream cheese is a great addition and easy enough to always keep on hand.
Veggie Cream Cheese
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1/4 red bell pepper diced
- 1/4 yellow bell pepper diced
- 1 carrot peeled and shredded
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
- 1 tablespoon dried dill
- In a medium bowl, use your electric stand mixer or hand mixer to whip the cream cheese.
- Once whipped, add in your veggies and seasonings. Beat again to combine.
- Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
