Grilled Zucchini Pizza

Personally, I think this pizza looks pretty impressive for how hard it is to make. There are basically three steps: 1. top the pizza, 2. grill the pizza, 3. eat the pizza.
The thing that makes this grilled personal-pizza recipe stand out, is the herby, cheesy, and Italian flavors.
Grilled Zucchini Pizza
serves 2
Ingredients
2 naan flatbreads
4 tablespoons pesto, from a jar
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1/2 medium zucchini, sliced thinly
1/2 small red onion, diced
4-6 slices hard salami, chopped
sprinkling of dried basil leaves
sprinkling of parmesan
Instructions
Get your grill heated to medium-low heat.
Place both naans on a small cookie sheet or cutting board lined with aluminum foil to prepare. Spread 2 tablespoons pesto on each naan. Top each with half of your mozzarella, zucchini, red onion, and salami.
Transfer your naans, with the aluminum foil still under them, to your grill. Grill over the medium-low heat for 4-6 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and the cheese is melted. Rotate the naan throughout to ensure an even cook.
Remove from your grill and cut each naan into 4 slices. Serve warm!
