Garlic bread is pretty much a side to every dinner at our house. Most of the time we have left over hotdog buns that can do the trick with a little butter and garlic powder. However, when we're feeling fancy, we pull out this FOUR ingredient garlic knot recipe instead.

Go-To Garlic Knots

Makes 15 Knots | Total Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 package refrigerated biscuits

  • 3 tablespoons butter

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

  2. Open refrigerated biscuits and cut each biscuit in half. Roll the dough in your hands or on a cutting board until it is roughly 4 to 5 inches long.

  3. Next, knot the dough. Tuck the ends underneath the biscuit and place on prepared baking pan. Keep knots two inches apart.

  4. Place into oven and bake for 8-10 minutes. Or until golden brown.

  5. Microwave your butter until melted (about 30 seconds - 1 minute). Mix with garlic powder, garlic salt, and parsley.

  6. Once the biscuits are cooked through, remove from oven and brush on your butter mixture.
