Sprinkles and Confetti are instant happiness for me. I love the colors they bring and it just feels like a party! Don't forget about the Oreos, chocolate chips, and white chocolate chips. This is the perfect dessert to bring to a Spring Celebration!

Spring Confetti Blondies

9 servings

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs at room temp

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

  • 10 tablespoons butter melted and slightly cooled

  • 1 3/4 cup flour

  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips more to top

  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips more to top

  • 4 tablespoons sprinkles more to top

  • 1 cup crushed Oreos more to top

Instructions:

  1. Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x9 pan and set aside.

  2. In the bowl of a standing mixer with a whisk attachment, add in your 2 eggs, cup of sugar, 2 teaspoons vanilla, and 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. Whisk until completely combined.

  3. Add in your 10 tablespoons melted butter and whisk again.

  4. Next, sprinkle your 1 3/4 cup flour and whisk until smooth.

  5. Take the bowl out of the standing mixer. Use a spatula to fold in your chocolate chips, sprinkles, and Oreos. Once evenly distributed, spread into your prepared pan.

  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the edges are brown and center is set. Cool completely on a wire rack and cut into 9 bars.

  7. Store in an air tight container!
