Buttery Garlic Parm Pasta

serves 3 to 4

  • 8oz angel hair pasta

  • 4 tablespoons butter, cut into cubes

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • pinch of pepper, to taste

  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

  • fresh parsley, chopped

  1. Begin by cooking your pasta and drain over the sink.

  2. In a skillet, melt your butter over medium heat. Add in your minced garlic cloves and sauté for a few minutes.

  3. Add in your warm pasta along with your chicken broth, salt, and pepper. Use a tongs to stir and combine the butter sauce with the broth and pasta. Taste the pasta and adjust seasonings.

  4. Add in your parmesan cheese and fresh parsley; mix once more.

  5. Serve hot with additional cheese if desired.
