Garlic Knots

Garlic bread is pretty much a side to every dinner at our house. Most of the time we have left over hotdog buns that can do the trick with a little butter and garlic powder. However, when we're feeling fancy, we pull out this FOUR ingredient garlic knot recipe instead.

  • Ingredients:
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuits
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley flakes
  • Preheat oven to 375F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Open refrigerated biscuits and cut each biscuit in half. Roll the dough in your hands or on a cutting board until it is roughly 4-5 inches long.
  • Next, knot the dough. Tuck the ends underneath the biscuit and place on prepared baking pan. Keep knots two inches apart.
  • Place into oven and bake for 8-10 minutes.
  • Melt butter. Mix with garlic powder, garlic salt, and parsley.
  • Once biscuits are golden brown, brush the butter mixture on.
