1 lb pasta of your choice
1/2 cup butter
1 pint heavy cream
2 oz cream cheese
5 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups parmesan
salt and pepper to taste
chicken seasoning of your choice
Cook your seasoned chicken in a hot frying pan. Flip once the first side is colored. Then, cook on medium for 10 minutes. Take off heat and keep cover on for 10 minutes to insure throughout cooking.
Add your pasta to a pot of boiling water. Cook until done.
In a large frying pan, add the 1/2 c butter, 1 pint heavy cream, 2 oz cream cheese, and 5 cloves garlic. Stir continuously for 10 minutes or until thick. Halfway through, add your 2 c parmesan.
Combine the cooked pasta, chicken, and sauce. Serve warm.
